摘要 1. The method of dismantling and compacting spatial structures is designed especially for recycling of vehicle bodies to be reused. It consists of initial dismantling of such structure, which removes the operating liquids, followed by the actual dismantling of the structure and the dismantling of the engine with the power unit, followed by compacting and cutting of the structure. it is characterised in that a dismantled spatial structure, especially a vehicle body, is placed on the frame of a hydraulic crushing press to be compacted and cut. The structure is shifted cyclically - by means of the sliding hydraulic shifter - by equal sections in the direction of the hinged press slider, controlled by lateral hydraulic cylinders The anticipating crushing element - with the profiled crushing surface, characterised by gradual crush zone - of the press slider crushes the cyclically shifted sections of the structure. Each structure section is crushed in succession by the anticipating crushing element and the profiled crushing surface of the hinged press slider, until the required squeeze level is reached. A crushed section is shifted under the hinged press slider to be cut by a hydraulic cutting device. 3. The device for dismantling and compacting spatial structures is designed especially for vehicle bodies. It consists of a set of initial dismantling and drainage posts, connected in succession to the transporting assembly, equipped with a set of proper dismantling posts, followed by a set of engine and driving unit dismantling posts, followed by the set of posts for compacting and cutting. It is characterised in that the device is equipped with a hydraulic crushing press (15), mounted on the stand (6) for compacting and cutting. A sliding assembly (18), controlled by the hydraulic shifter (19), is mounted on the frame (17) of the press. The frame (17) of the press has lateral rims (20) with sockets for horizontal mounting of the transversal axle (21). The hinged press slider (22) is mounted on and swings on the axle. The top shaft (23) of the slider is connected at the horizontal transversal axis to the hydraulic cylinders (24) by means of articulated joints. At the lower transversal axis (25), the cylinders are secured with articulated joints to the sides of the press frame (17). The hinged press slider (22) is equipped with the anticipating crushing element (26), positioned at the bottom, along the longitudinal axis. At the sides of the element (26), there is a profiled crushing surface (27), characterised by gradual crush zone.
