Composition (A) of hot mix for coating a road surface with reflective properties, comprises (wt.%): cullet (I) (10-80); and a bituminous binder (II) comprising nitrogen compounds as agents to improve the adhesiveness, and a melting agent (where (I) comprises at least 10 wt.% of cullet (having reflective property) having at least a metallized or an enameled surface containing metallic inclusions of size lower than 20 mm). An independent claim is also included for road surface coating having reflective properties comprising a surface coat with a base of (A).
