Described is an article of manufacture comprising a container and a composition contained therein, wherein the composition comprises an antibody which binds ErbB2 and blocks binding of monoclonal antibody 2C4 to ErbB2, and further comprising a package insert indicating that the composition can be used to treat cancer which expresses epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR). Also described is the use of antibody which binds ErbB2 and blocks binding of monoclonal antibody 2C4 to ErbB2 in the manufacture of a medicament for treating cancer, wherein the cancer expresses epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR).
