<p>The invention relates to a process and a device meant to enhance the ionization process, employed in heat engines using liquid fuels. According to the invention, the device comprises a ionization apparatus (8) located inside a cylindrical body (5) having at its ends some tightly mounted caps (4 and 12) with some fuel inlet and outlet nozzles (1 and 11), respectively, and some helical deflectors (10) on its inner surface, the cylindrical body (5) being divided into two chambers (a and c), a first directing chamber (a) and a second swirling chamber (c) separated by a wall (6) provided with some orifices (b) inclined under a convenient angle, wherethrough the liquid fuel passes into the swirling chamber (c) wherein the ionization apparatus (8) is coaxially positioned and resiliently supported by some springs (9) allowing the apparatus to oscillate about the balance position, said oscillations being maintained by the liquid jet led through the orifices (d) to the blades of a propeller (7) which rotates freely on an outer collar (15) fixed to an end of the ionization apparatus (8).</p> |
