<p>The invention relates to a double lock for doors to ensure a better protection against unauthorized opening. According to the invention, the lock comprises a base plate (8) on which there are orthogonally mounted two safety cylinders, each cylinder having a barrel (1 and 3), inside of which there is mounted, rotatable by the suitable key, a primary core (1' and 3') to which a secondary core (2' and 4') of a tumbler (2 and 4) is fixed by means of a coupling (5), the barrel (1) of the first safety cylinder being rigidly connected with the barrel (3) of the second safety cylinder by means of a rib (13), each of the two tumblers (2 and 4) being provided at its rear part with a toothed wheel (6 and 7)said two wheels being permanently engaged to each other.</p> |
