The device has pedicle screws (20), a cover (30), set screws (43) and a rod (B) that are firmly and rigidly integrated with respect to each other, while being self-centered. The rod is placed across a hollow body (1) when all the pedicle screws are implanted on vertebra, by making the rod to pass into all slots (11, 12) of the body. The set screws are screwed through an opening (3) of the body when the rod is positioned.
