The device has a tubular part covering a drawbar lever nut and placed on circumference of drills placing a locking pin on a nut axle. A gib head key traverses the part and nut through one of the drills. Another tubular part is placed at an end of a base having a calibrated opening to release the axle. A semi-circular case is welded around the opening to house and protect a padlock whose shackle traverses the drills to lock the parts.
