Disclosed are compounds of the formula (I), a prodrug thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate or isomer of said compound or of said prodrug; wherein A is an unsubstituted or substituted aryl or unsubstituted or substituted heteroaryl group; provided that A is not thienyl substituted with substituted phenyl; and A is not thienyl substituted with substituted thienyl, and A is not phenyl substituted with substituted phenyl, and A is not phenyl substituted with substituted thienyl; B is selected from formula (IIa to IIj), provided that A is an unsubstituted or substituted heteroaryl group when B is (IIa); provided that B is not thienyl substituted with substituted phenyl, and B is not thienyl substituted with substituted thienyl, and B is not phenyl substituted with substituted phenyl, and B is not phenyl substituted with substituted thienyl. Further disclosed is the use of the compounds of the invention in the manufacture of a medicament for treating a chemokine mediated disease.
