METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR DEACTIVATING ACTIGENIC SUBSTANCE THROUGH ACTIONS OF POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE IONS

A method for deactivating an antigenic substance by having positive and negative ions act on the antigenic substance is disclosed. The positive and negative ions are made to act on the antigenic substance in such an atmosphere which contains the positive and negative ions respectively at a concentration of about 50,000 ions/cm3 or higher, more preferably about 100,000 ions/cm3 or higher.
