PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically driven power steering device capable of eliminating generation of a non-sensitive zone even with a low duty ratio while a switching element is allowed to make a slow start. SOLUTION: When the duty ratio of PWM control exceeds a preset value (No at S14), the switching period is made a specified value (constant value) (S20). When the duty ratio has become the preset value or below (Yes at S14), the switching period is made longer than the specified value (S16). An FET is put in slow start so as to preclude noise generation, and the switching period is made longer even with a low duty ratio, and thereby current feed to a motor is ensured and generation of the non-sensitive zone can be precluded.
