摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor-laser driver circuit capable of inhibiting a relaxation vibration phenomenon at a temperature within a wide range. SOLUTION: The semiconductor-laser driver circuit 100 has a semiconductor laser element LD1 and a temperature compensating circuit CP1 connected in parallel with the semiconductor laser element LD1. The temperature compensating circuit CP1 has a capacitor element C1 and a resistance element R1 being connected in series with the capacitor element C1 and having positive temperature characteristics.
