PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a recording disk having flexibility from colliding and sliding with a pickup by regulating the vertical movement of the recording disk. SOLUTION: A stabilizing member 5 is moved in the radial direction of an optical disk 1 together with an optical pickup 4, the face wobbling of the optical disk 1 in the vicinity of a recording/reproducing position by at least the optical pickup in the optical disk 1 is suppressed utilizing an aerodynamic operation force. In the same way, a guide member 6 operating the aerodynamic operation force for the optical disk 1 is provided. Main shapes of operation surfaces of the stabilizing member 5 and the guide member 6 for the optical disk 1 are made convex, also, the guide member 8 is arranged at a non-information recording region 23 of the outer peripheral part of the optical disk 1 so that the guide member 6 operates from the reverse side with respect to the stabilizing member 5 and is overlapped on a straight line A in which a radial direction dynamic line R of the optical pickup 4 is extended to the outer peripheral side in the plane of the recording disk 1.
