PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spraying method of a thermal insulating material capable of facilitating the management of a recovery of the thermal insulating material after using a standard mark and the thickness in the case the thermal insulating material is sprayed. SOLUTION: The spraying method of the thermal insulating material is so constituted that a curing body 2 consisting of a sleeve body 4 and a protection body 5 inserted in the sleeve body 4 in an insertable manner is stuck on the standard mark 3 written on the spraying surface 1 of the thermal insulating material 8, and after the thermal insulating material 8 has been sprayed on the basis of a height of the curing body 2, the protection body 5 is pulled out of the sleeve body 4 to utilize a part of the standard mark 3 seen in the sleeve body 4.
