摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable speed three-point bending impact testing device having a small-sized simple structure, capable of performing a test from a static breaking test up to an impact test at high displacement speed of 20 m/s by one testing machine, and detecting a load behavior, a displacement behavior or the like in a test piece breaking process. SOLUTION: This device has a motor for acquiring prescribed set speed, a rotator functioning so that the impact test is performed by impacting the test piece by a hitting blade fixed on the tip, a connection unit having at leased an electromagnetic clutch for transferring the rotation of an output shaft of the motor rotating at the set speed to the rotator, a rotary encoder for detecting the position and the speed of the rotator, a load cell for detecting the impact load to the test piece by the hitting blade, and a clip gage for detecting a crack opening interval variation of the test piece and a variation speed.
