PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved pulsar ring which ensures a wide detection area to improve the accuracy of rotation detection and sensitivity, while preventing air swelling of a rubber magnet caused by a heating adhesion treatment or the like. SOLUTION: The pulsar ring 10 comprises a planar circular rubber magnet 11 in which many S-poles and N-poles are magnetized circumferentially alternately, and a steel core 12 which supports the rubber magnet 11 so that it is integrally attached. The core 12 comprises a twofold cylinder section 12c folded by performing bending processing on a planar circular steel member, and a supporting end face section 11a comprising an inward flange 12b and an outward flange 12a which are connected to the anti-folded side both ends of the twofold cylinder section 12c. The twofold cylinder section 12c is a fit tube 12c which is integrally fitted to a rotation side 5 of a bearing. A wall section of the fit tube 12c is provided with a through hole H which passing through from inside to outside.
