PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance heating drying efficiency of a heating drier, and to facilitate attaching therefor. SOLUTION: This heating drier is provided with a thermoelectric module 10, and the heating drying efficiency is enhanced since allowing dehumidification without requiring ventilation, and since discharging no air heated by heating, by conducting the dehumidification by a cooler 40 connected thermally to a cooling face 10 and by conducting the heating by a heater 50 connected thermally to a heating face 30, in the drier.
