PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve visibility of an object to be heated in an interior of a heating cooker from the outside by showing the object to be heated in the interior of the cooking device in a color that is the same as an actual color. SOLUTION: A heating chamber 2 is irradiated with light with the same color temperature of 3,000-5,000 K as a fluorescent light or the sun. By providing a function capable of detecting a position of the object 3 to be heated by providing a plurality of weight sensors 10 supporting a table 9 for mounting the object 3 to be heated, an irradiating means capable of irradiating the light with the color temperature of 3,000-5,000 K, and a driving means capable of moving its irradiating direction, and directing the light to the position of the object 3 to be heated, the visibility of the object 3 to be heated in the heating chamber 2 is improved.
