PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a booster for achieving output power larger than input power in a case when a rotating distance of an input power gear is determined to be longer than that of an output power gear, and rotating distances at an input side and an outside side are determined to be same as each other in a power transmission stroke where the input power and the output power are same as each other, though it is physically impossible in a conventional device. SOLUTION: This device can be achieved by connecting and communicating the combination of rotor inscribed and circumscribed gears, a rotor gear or the like by a chain or a belt.
