PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock cover capable of keeping a bolt and a nut in a fastened state, not unfastening the bolt and the nut, and further preventing the unfastening of the bolt and the nut even under vibration, impact shock or the like, with respect to the bolt and the lock cover of the nut. SOLUTION: This lock cover has the conical outer shape, and has the shape of the bolt and a fastening part of the nut at its inside, and an adhesive agent is applied to a bottom of the lock cover. The bolt and the nut are fastened to a work, and then the lock cover is firmly placed on the bolt and the fastening part of the nut. As the lock cover has the conical outer shape, a bolt and nut fastening/unfastening tool can not be used. Thus the bolt and the nut can not be repeatedly fastened and unfastened. As the adhesive agent is applied to the bottom of the lock cover, the lock cover is adhered to the bolt and the fastening work of the nut, thus the unfastening under vibration, impact shock and the like, can be prevented.
