PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more easily confirm the situation around the car body of a material handling vehicle. SOLUTION: The material handling vehicle comprises the body 1 equipped with a driver's seat 9 and a material handling device 4 in front of the driver's seat 9. The material handling vehicle comprises a video camera 23 for shooting the rear of the driver's seat 9 and a transparent display 16 provided between the material handling device 4 and the driver's seat 9 for displaying an image shot by the video camera 23 to be visible from the driver's seat 9. This allows an operator to confirm the backward situation while keeping the attitude directed to the front by looking the image of the video camera 23 displayed on the display 16, and the operator can safely carry out working in relief.
