PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording device capable of stacking and holding, in an organized state, recording media delivered in an erected state. SOLUTION: The recording device comprises a delivery section 121 capable of stacking and holding the delivered recording media in the erected state and a movable medium pressing section 123 for pressing the delivered recording media to a medium surface holding section 121a of the delivery section. Since the delivered recording media can be put into a substantially erected state, the interference of the delivered recording media with recording media to be delivered can be prevented.
