PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blister pack capable of, once unsealed, being sealed repetitively until contents are used up by making an article sample container itself re-sealable, and surely protecting the contents of an article sample after unsealing. SOLUTION: The sample storage container is constituted such that an extension with a crease is formed on a blank of a sample storage container, a sample take-out hole is opened on a container via a fold formed when the extension is folded via the crease, and a lid for closing the hole can be obtained. With this arrangement, such a sample storage container on which a lid cannot be provided conventionally can be equipped with a lid, thereby preventing the sample from getting stained.
