PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiper device of storage type capable of setting the stored attitude and the working attitude using a simple mechanism and preventing foreign matter from intruding at the time of working. SOLUTION: A supporting member 21 to support a wipe-off means 30 and a storage body 20 formed by a cover member 22 covering the over-part of the wipe-off means 30 are supported by a vehicle body 11 rotatably. When this wiper device 1 is in the stored attitude, the cover member 22 of the storage body 20 is set in a position continued to the surface 12a of a window 12 so that the wipe-off means 30 will not be exposed to outside, and when the wiper device 1 is in the working attitude, the supporting member 21 of the storage body 20 is set in a position continued to the surface 12a of the window 12, and the storage body 20 rotates in the direction protruding over from the vehicle body 11.
