PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning resistor which is excellent in operability and appearance, and easy for ensuring the blow-out area of conditioned air. SOLUTION: The air-conditioning resistor 2R comprises a retainer 20R having an air passage 234R through which conditioned air passes, and a blowout port 202R which is communicated with the air passage 234R to blow out conditioned air into a cabin, a first fin 24R which is pivotably supported in a rocking manner inside the retainer 20R to adjust the direction of conditioned air, a second fin 25R which is pivotably supported in a rocking manner in the direction across the first fin 24R inside the retainer 20R to adjust the direction of conditioned air, and a common operation unit 26R capable of operating the first fin 24R and the second fin 25R. The common operation unit 26R is capable of operating the first fin 24R and the second fin 25R by the rocking operation, and has an input unit 269R having a partial spherical surface without any joint.
