SUN SHADE DEVICE FOR VEHICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the load applied to a slide restriction part when the slide of a sun shade is restricted. SOLUTION: The sun shade device 10 is provided with a guide rail 11 provided on a roof opening 1a of the vehicle; the sun shade 12 supported on the guide rail 11 and sliding between the closed state and the opened state of the roof opening 1a; and a stopper 13 for restricting slide of the sun shade 12 in the guide rail 11. The sun shade device 10 is characterized in that it is constituted such that the sun shade 12 is abutted on the stopper 13 through a damper mechanism 14 having an abutment part 14a inputted with load and a coil spring 14b resiliently expandable/contractable in a longitudinal direction of the roof opening 1a in a longitudinal direction of the roof opening 1a in response to the load inputted to the abutment part 14a.
