PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag with a pocket which has an appearance of a standing pouch and which has the pocket on both sides thereof for housing three-dimensional and bulky articles and flat and thin articles sorted from each other conveniently. SOLUTION: The bag consists of a pair of trunk surface members, a bottom gusset inserted between the pair of trunk surface members, and an outer pocket constitution material superposed on the outer surface or inner surface of the respective trunk surface members. At the upper ends of the pair of trunk surface members, a fastener with a slider is connected. Regarding the pair of trunk surface members, the lower ends of the respective trunk surface members, the lower ends of the bottom gussets corresponding thereto and the lower ends of an outer pocket constitution material is subjected to bottom heat sealing, and side heat seal for integrally bonding the side end of one side of both of the trunk surface members, the bottom gusset corresponding to this and the side end of the outer pocket constitution material is applied.
