PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic pump set which has the first and second hydraulic pump units, prevents an assembling mis-state, and simultaneously uses common parts as much as possible. SOLUTION: The first and second hydraulic pump units are made up of common parts except center sections 130(1), 130(2). A pump case 140 has asymmetric portions to be connected on the basis of the axial line of a pump shaft 110. The first center section 130(1) has the first connection portions 135(1)a, b capable of being connected to the portions to be connected of the common pump case, only when the pump case 140 is placed at the first relative position on the pump shaft 110 in a state directed in a specific direction. The second center section 130(2) has the second connection portions 135(2)a, b capable of being connected to the portions to be connected of the common pump case, only when the pump case 140 is placed at the second relative position on the pump shaft 110 in a state directed in the same direction as the first center section.
