PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aggregate of plasmid vectors for performing effectively the analysis of functions in a cell, tissue and living body for many genes of which functions are not yet known or not sufficiently elucidated, and a method for comprehensively analyzing the functions of genes by utilizing the plasmid vector extracted from the aggregate. SOLUTION: This aggregate of plasmid vectors of which sequences have expressing units of known cDNA, is characterized in that the plasmid vectors have EBNA1 gene and oriP sequence and is included by≥100 clones. The method for comprehensively analyzing the functions of genes is provided by extracting the plasmid vector having the cDNA corresponding to a gene group selected based on a prescribed objective from the aggregate, introducing the cDNA and expressing.
