A combined portable fan-candy holder toy, which comprises any kind of portable fan built in a great variety of shapes, which can be provided with light of any color and/or sound emitting elements, and which is combined with one or more candy holding devices of female or male type, to hold lollipops and other confectioneries provided with solid or hollow sticks or to attach common candies provided with appropriate holes, so that the user enjoys a fresh and pleasant breeze while consuming the candy and said candy holding device, in turn, can be provided with different kind of motions by means of mechanisms driven by hand or conveniently linked to the fan motor, including slight pleasant vibrations due to the high speed rotation of conveniently unbalanced elements.
