An inspection unit (1) has a probe block (3) to which an object to be inspected (7) is electrically connected and has an inspection block (2) to which the probe block (3) is removably attached. The inspection block (2) has an installation screw (12) inserted from the side opposite the connection surface where the inspection block (2) and the probe block (3) are connected, and the installation screw (12) fixes the probe block (3). In that part of the probe block (3) which corresponds to the installation screw (12) and is on the connection surface side, there is formed a female screw or an embedded nut in which the installation screw (12) is screwed. Further, a fall prevention screw (10) is provided on the probe block (3), and a removal screw (11) is turned to push out the fall prevention screw (10), reliably separating the probe block (3) and the inspection block (2). This enables replacement and fine adjustment of the probe block to be made easily and safely.
