<p>A precoated metal plate for reflection plate, excelling in diffuse reflectance of visible light; and electrical and electronic equipments including the same. In particular, a precoated metal plate for reflection plate, comprising a metal plate or plated metal plate and, superimposed in sequence on at least one major surface side thereof, a 3 to 30 mum thick visible light reflecting undercoat containing a binder resin and titanium oxide and a 10 to 40 mum thick visible light reflecting overcoat containing a fluororesin- containing binder resin and titanium oxide, wherein the addition amount of titanium oxide in the visible light reflecting undercoat is 40 to 150 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of binder resin solid contents and wherein the addition amount of titanium oxide in the visible light reflecting overcoat is 40 to 150 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of binder resin solid contents.</p> |
