FIELD: methods of production of improved monovylilidene aromatic polymeric compounds. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a modified by caoutchouc monovylilidene aromatic polymeric compound containing: a) a die of the monovylilidene aromatic polymeric compound, b) dispersed in it particles of the caoutchouc differing that the particles of caoutchouc are gained from the diene caoutchouc containing I) a high-molecular weight component and II) a low molecular weight component. At that the high-molecular weight component has an average weight molecular mass, which at least in two and a half times exceeding the average weight molecular mass of the low molecular weight component, where in both component I and II the share of 1.4-cis elements exceeds 80 percents and at that the die of the monovylilidene aromatic polymeric compound is formed at a graft of the monovylilidene aromatic polymeric compound to caoutchouc in such a degree, that in the form of the grafts on the caoutchouc percents at least 30 percent of the monovylilidene aromatic polymeric compound to the mass of caoutchouc.
