<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contacting type generator by a piezoelectric element such as a bicycle, which not only abolishes a burden and noise to a driver by using the piezoelectric element but also extremely simplifies mounting at the bicycle currently manufactured and sold conventionally, which can raise a generating efficiency from a conventional non-contacting type power generation system and has a simple structure at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: One end 2a of a substrate (elastic material) 2 which attaches the piezoelectric element 3 is attached to a frame of a body. A permanent magnet 4 is mounted at the other end 2b of the rockable substrate 2 to constitute a vibrated part 1. A magnetic contact piece 5 for exciting is mounted at the position of a spoke 11 for constituting a ring oppositely to the permanent magnet 4. The permanent magnet is opposed in non-contact to the magnetic contact piece.
