<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance sealing force to a door glass relative to movement in a vehicle width direction of the door glass. <P>SOLUTION: A weather strip 12 of a front side door 10 is provided with an inner weather strip part 22 and an outer weather strip part 24; and an end seal part 30 connected so as to surround a front end and a rear end of the door glass 20.
