<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk having performance equivalent to the conventional one, which is easily destroyed in the case of scrapping, whose recording layer is easily separated from a substrate and with less influence given to environment even if the separated substrate is scrapped and a manufacturing method capable of manufacturing it at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The optical disk 10 has a substrate 11 consisting of resin impregnated paper in which resin is impregnated or resin coated paper coated by the resin and a recording layer 13, and the resin consists of at least one kind of polycarbonate, bisphenol A type epoxy resin, methyl methacrylate-styrene copolymer and acrylonitrile styrene copolymer; and the manufacturing method of the optical disk has a recording layer sheet manufacturing process for forming a track on a recording layer base and manufacturing a recording layer sheet and a recording layer sheet bonding process for bonding the resin impregnated paper or the resin coated paper with the recording layer sheet and providing the recording layer 13 consisting of the recording layer sheet on the substrate 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
