<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain the convenience for request and presentation of information, sales promotion, and enhancement of a feeling of satisfaction of a customer by utilizing the bi-directionality, immediacy, and ubiquitous of an online system in the case of dwelling unit sales for a condominium of specification ordering system in which the customer can freely set by combining specifications for each dwelling unit, standard building frame specifications, and at least one of the interior specifications selected from a plurality of variations. <P>SOLUTION: The customer uses a customer client device and receives a necessary information presentation from a server possessed by a seller with authentication by special invitation ID (Identification) accepted by the server and with information required for the customer inputted in an interactive form.
