<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a credit examination system capable of providing a financial institution with information on credit examination about funds for creation of a start-up business by empirically examining the feasibility of a start-up business plan by a start-up business entrepreneur such as small and medium sized companies and venture companies. <P>SOLUTION: The credit examination system includes a feasibility evaluating part 210 for evaluating the level of the ability of the start-up business entrepreneur 100 to do a start-up business on the basis of information 110 on the new business plan of the entrepreneur 100.
