<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of a conventional software license management method by which existence of unused installed software cannot be checked and waste of software license and machine resources cannot be detected. <P>SOLUTION: Installed software information and software use history information is collected from an investment management agent. Installed software having no use history during an optional period is determined as unused software, and the determination result is displayed on an investment management screen.
