摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bipolar type high frequency treating implement for an endoscope in which both of a pair of conductors arranged inside a flexible sheath and insulation tubes put on them can be turned to the state of being surely bonded near the distal end so that the conductors are not short-circuited with each other by easy assembly work. <P>SOLUTION: An electrically insulating binding member 8 for binding a pair of conductors 6A and 6B near the distal end of the flexible sheath 1 is provided, and a pair of parallel through-holes 9A and 9B where the pair of conductors 6A and 6B pass through are formed on the binding member 8. The insulation tube 7A1 is put only on one conductor 6A on the side adjacent to the tip side of the binding member 8, and the insulation tube 7B1 is put only on the other conductor 6B on the side adjacent to the rear side of the binding member 8. The respective insulation tubes 7A1 and 7B1 are inserted to the middle positions of the through-holes 9A and 9B of the binding member 8 respectively, and the respective conductors 6A and 6B and the insulation tubes 7A1 and 7B1 are respectively joined to the through-holes 9A, 9B, 10A and 10B. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
