<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring apparatus for detecting an emergency in an object to be monitored, which solves the problems that a plurality of kinds of sensors are required so as to complicate an apparatus constitution, every sensor, wired or wireless, needs power feeding from a battery, which is attached to the sensor, so as to restrict the opening/closing of the object to be monitored by wiring, and labor and time are required for exchanging the battery, etc. <P>SOLUTION: The emergency monitoring apparatus 2 comprises a radio detecting means 3 fixed to the objects to be monitored 5, 7; and a radio control means 4 for detecting the abnormality of the objects to be monitored 5, 7 by radio wave 18 from the radio detecting means. The radio control means 4 transmits operation radio wave 17 to the radio detecting means 3 and supplies power by non-contact. In the meantime, the means 4 analyzes a radio wave characteristic such as the direction or strength of the radio wave received from the radio detecting means 3, acquires the position data of the radio detecting means 3 with the movement of the objects to be monitored 5, 7 and breakage data of the radio detecting means 3 with the situation change of the objects to be monitored 5, 7, and determines presence/absence of the abnormality based on the position data and the breakage data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
