PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for machining an end face of a workpiece capable of continuously machining smooth chamfered shapes with high efficiency on an end face of a roller, enhancing deflection accuracy of the end face of the roller by securing stable rotation of the workpiece and reducing shape dispersion of the end face of the roller after the machining. SOLUTION: This device 10 for machining the end face of the workpiece is provided with a spindle 50 for supporting the workpiece 12, while rotating and revolving the workpiece 12, supplying device 51 and delivering device 52 for continuously supplying and delivering the workpiece 12 to/from the spindle 50, an elastic cup grinding tool 19 having elasticity, and a pressurizing device 60 for pressing the elastic cup grinding tool 19 on an end face of the workpiece 12 by constant pressure.
