<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize selection of detected information according to engine speed. <P>SOLUTION: A first tooth of a wheel 70 is detected to generate a first signal, and a second tooth of a wheel 72 is detected to generate a second signal. The first and second signals are sent as detected information to a controller, and rotational speed of each wheel is determined. Phase difference between wheels is generated by using the first and second signals, compared with a fixed phase measurement, and changed, then rotational speed is compared with the rotational speed of a predetermined threshold value so as to determine whether or not reaching the rotational speed of the threshold value. When reaching the rotational speed of the threshold value, the first and second teeth are detected, and the first and second signals are generated for at least one tooth, and also skipped for at least one other tooth. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
