PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning tool for an electric connection part capable of surely and simply cleaning. SOLUTION: A slender false package 16 having the same shape and size as a package 4 is constituted and a cleaning member 17 to be inserted into a receiving side connection terminal 9 is installed in a tip portion equivalent to an insertion side connection terminal 9 of the false package 16, a latch receiving part 11 engaging with a plate spring-like latch member 10 protruded to the inside of a cage from the midway part of the cage 3, a latch releasing member 12 making free from the latch receiving part 11 by widening the latch member 10, and a grip 13 exposed from the false package to operate the latch releasing member 12 are installed in the false package 16.
