PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support and protect as a sheath pipe when pulling around a water supply/hot-water supply pipe and add high thermal insulation performance simultaneously. SOLUTION: An inner channel is arranged in the sheath pipe to protect the water supply/hot-water supply pipe, and a plurality of air layers are formed when inserting the water supply/hot-water supply pipe in the inside. Synthetic resin having low heat conductivity is used as a sheath pipe main body material, and a contact part is reduced when inserting the water supply/hot-water supply pipe in the inside to increase thermal insulation effect.
