PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve lift adjusting device of high control response. SOLUTION: This valve lift adjusting device is provided with a drive circuit energizing and driving a motor by switching a switching element by pulse width modulation signal and adjusts the maximum valve lift amount of an internal combustion engine by using rotation torque of the motor. The drive circuit includes a receiving means receiving control signal, a first establishment means establishing duty ratio of pulse width modulation signal to 0% when command duty ratio indicated by the control signal becomes 100% and a second establishment means establishing duty ratio of pulse width modulation signal to 100% when command duty ratio indicated by the control signal becomes 95% or more and less than 100%.
