PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stencil printer which prevents a deterioration in ink even if printing is not done for a long period of time, and which can reduce the size and weight of a drum. SOLUTION: This stencil printer is equipped with: the rotatable drum 26 which has the outer peripheral wall 53 formed of an ink-impermeable member, and which makes stencil base paper attached to a surface of the outer peripheral wall 53; an ink supply means 54 whose ink supply part 55A is provided in a printing upstream position within the maximum printing area of the outer peripheral wall 53 of the drum 26, and which supplies the ink from the ink supply part 55A to the surface of the outer peripheral wall 53; and a press roll 35 for pressing fed printing paper against the outer peripheral wall 53.
