PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro total analysis system with a micro-pump chamber which can be easily and inexpensively manufactured. SOLUTION: A minute flow path and the micro-pump chamber are formed inside a substrate in the micro total analysis system. The system is characterized in that a material, which generates gas by heat or a light beam, is filled into the micro-pump chamber.
