PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a very small recess working device capable of forming very small recesses of a complicated shape while suppressing generation of bend when forming very small recesses on an outer circumferential surface of a cylindrical member, such as a long cylindrical member and a thin-walled hollow cylindrical member, and forming very small recesses in one working action over the entire outer circumferential surface without reducing the rigidity even when forming very small recesses on the outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical member with an interfering object being present nearby. SOLUTION: In the very small recess working device which has a work roller 2 having very small recesses and projections 2b on an outer circumferential surface 2a, and forms very small recesses by pressing the outer circumferential surface 2a of the work roller 2 against an outer circumferential surface Wa of a cylindrical member W, a roller 3 parallel to the work roller 2 is provided, and a roller supporting part 10 to press an outer circumferential surface 3a of the roller 3 is provided at the position deviated in the circumferential direction of the cylindrical member W from the pressing position of the roller 2 in a stage in which both the work roller 2 and the roller 3 are supported, and the work roller 2 is pressed against the cylindrical member W.
