PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a main body of plywood for concrete form using thinned wood from being largely deformed by water absorption, and to prevent the surface of a finish coat layer of the plywood for concrete form from becoming wavy and roughly grained. SOLUTION: The plywood for concrete form is produced by forming a wood filling layer and the finish coat layer at least on one side surface of the main body of plywood for form. The wood filling layer comprises filler material and an isocyanate compound containing at least two isocyanato groups in a molecule. The finish coat layer comprises a cured resin formed on the wood filling layer. An inorganic powder group of calcium carbonate, kaolin, clay, talc or silica etc. is used as the filler material. The filler material is included in the wood filling layer by 50 wt.% or more. The isocyanate compound having molecular weight of 1,000 or less is preferably used.
