PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wastewater sludge recycling treatment system which can comprehensively achieve environmental protection and cost reduction by the recycling treatment of wastewater sludge, which becomes industrial waste, and energy efficiency by waste heat utilization. SOLUTION: The wastewater sludge recycling treatment system comprises a waste liquid concentration means 2 for concentrating waste liquid of a factory 1 to a state of sludge, a dryer 3 for drying and pulverizing the sludge by heating, and a independent power generator 7 disposed near the factory 1 to feed power to the factory 1. A waste heat utilizing means 5 for utilizing the waste heat of the independent power generator 4 as a heat source for heating of the dryer 3 is installed.
